Photo shoot at Casa Gorobel, a house renovated by N Studio in Bilbao.

In this reportage it was very important to optimize the time since we had a window of between 2 and 3 hours to carry out the reportage.
From the beginning everything went smoothly, we started photographing the bedroom which was already dressed and with all the elements in order.
The main course was left for the end, the living-dining-kitchen area.
When these three spaces coexist in one takes much of the time of the reportage, since on the one hand we have to see how the spaces coexist together, separately and also how they communicate with each other.

All this without neglecting the furniture, which in many cases takes center stage.
Some of the brands that were used for decoration are: And Tradition, Fama LIving Bilbao, Deco Doos, Carpintería Ebanistería 1989, Franke Spain, Xtone Surface, El Telar de Bilbao, Ondarreta, Kitchen Sukaldeak.

Although there was a lot of detail to be photographed, it was possible to meet the time requirements without affecting the final result of the images.
We can say that it was a complete success.

For interior and architectural photography, I always use specialized equipment that guarantees high quality results.
For these sessions, I use a state-of-the-art Fujifilm camera, which I place on a tripod to ensure stability in each shot.
To this camera I adapt decentralized lenses, which are essential in this type of photography.
These lenses, with a fixed focal length, are superior to zoom lenses in terms of optical quality, and their ability to move allows for perspective correction, obtaining a wider angle of view without introducing distortions in the final image.

Every element of my equipment, as well as all my knowledge and efforts, are directed towards capturing images that accurately reflect the essence of the architectural work or interior space I am photographing.
This extends to post-production as well, where I work focused on representing the colors, light and elements of the scene as we perceive them with the naked eye, preserving the authenticity and intent of the original design.

Photo report of a house in Bilbao for the architect Lorena Zabala

In any reportage, but especially in the first one, maintaining communication with the client is key to align with their needs.
Talking about the work helps to understand which aspects are a priority and, by showing the images in real time, the focus can be adjusted according to their feedback.
From the beginning, the relationship was based on a mutual understanding that facilitated the development of the work.

This house was of considerable size.
Where before there were three spaces separated by walls now there is the living room, dining room and kitchen area, a decision that offers a sense of enormous spatiality in which we have the concrete columns that have been left naked to view after remodeling the interior.
In addition to this diaphanous space that had the extra difficulty of not having the kitchen wall parallel to its opposite, we also had two bathrooms and the master bedroom to photograph.

All this was portrayed through the prism of architectural and interior photography.
To guarantee the success of the reportage, I use specialized equipment.
I work with a state-of-the-art Fujifilm camera on a tripod with a rack and pinion head, ensuring stability and sharpness.
I use fixed focal length decentralized lenses, essential to correct perspective distortion and maintain geometric integrity.
In addition, in post-production I apply techniques that aim to faithfully reproduce colors, light and details, achieving an accurate and authentic representation of the architectural work.

Photo report in Casa Amboto, a renovated house in Bermeo by the interior design studio N Studio.

In this report was not photographed the entire house, the reform focused on living room, dining room and kitchen plus a bathroom.
Although we did not have to photograph many spaces, the reportage was long, because the styling of the house was taken care of in detail and in this type of interior photography is very important to pay attention to the composition of the elements that appear in the image, and more when they are so colorful, because as in a painting, each element depending on its color and size has a certain weight in the image and it is important that this is balanced.

This is something that I always explain to the clients before starting with them, because if everything is in order when they arrive at the house, the reportage is much faster.
The duration always depends on the size of the space and the amount of details it contains.

In interior and architectural photography I always use the same equipment, my latest generation Fujifilm camera mounted on a tripod and to which I adapt decentralized lenses, which are essential for this discipline.
They are fixed focal length lenses because they offer better quality than zoom lenses and they are decentered because in this way we obtain a wider angle of view without distorting the final image.

All the knowledge, material and energy are focused on obtaining images that faithfully reflect the work we are photographing, also in the area of post-production where we seek to represent the colors, light and elements as we see them with our eyes.

Some of the brands used in the renovation of the house were: Brikte, Tikamoon, Tres Grifería, Rabadan and Cosentino.
